After production is completed, shipping will commence, and the total delivery time will be 7-10 days from the order date. The same time frame applies for any after-sales service.
2.Exchanges and Refunds
-Verrytaste products are all made-to-order items. Except for product defects or unusual circumstances, exchanges and refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible.
3.After-Sales Service
-Verrytaste products are handmade, and slight bubbles or spots may occur. These are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
-Depending on the measurement method, there may be a slight discrepancy in the indicated size, which is not a valid reason for returns or exchanges.
-The color of plated items may appear different depending on the monitor. Slight color variations in plated items are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns.
4.After-Sales Service Procedure
Please submit your request through the Q&A board on the website and follow the instructions for exchanges and refunds.
