-오더 후 제작으로 영업일 기준으로 5-7일의 제작기간이 소요됩니다.
제작 완료 후 배송이 시작되어 주문 후 총 7-10일 기간이 걸립니다. A/S 시에도 일반 제품이 소요 되는 시간과 동일하게 적용 됩니다.
- 10만원이상 구매시 무료배송 되며 10만원 미만 시 배송료 3000원 입니다. (도서산간, 제주도 지역은 추가비용이 발생 할 수 있습니다.)
2. 교환 및 환불
- 베리테이스트 제품은 모두 선 주문 후 제작하는 상품으로 상품 하자와 같은 특이사항을 제외하고 단순 변심으로 인한 교환, 환불이 불가합니다.
- 교환이나 제품 하자로 인한 반품 시에는 제품 수령 후 영업일 기준으로 2일 내에 홈페이지 Q&A 게시판으로 제품의 하자를 문의 하셔야 하며,
하자가 있을 시에는 반품 후 제품 상태를 확인 후 최종 환불조치 됩니다.
- A/S로 인해 발생하는 왕복 배송비 6000원은 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.
단, 물건의 하자나 업체의 오배송에 의한 교환이나 반품은 베리테이스트에서 처리합니다.

- 베리테이스트 제품은 핸드메이드 제품으로 미세한 기포나 얼룩이 생길수 있습니다. 이는 불량이 아니며 반품이나 교환의 사유가 되지 않습니다.
- 상품 측정방법에 따라 표기된 사이즈와 약간의 오차가 발생할 수 있으며, 반품 및 교환의 사유가 되지 않습니다.
- 도금 칼라는 모니터의 색상에 따라 다르게 보일 수 있습니다. 도금칼라의 미묘한 색상 차이는 불량이 아니며 반품 사유가 되지 않습니다.
4. A/S 절차
- 홈페이지 Q&A 게시판으로 접수하시고 교환 및 환불 절차에 대한 안내를 받으시길 바랍니다.
- 손상제품과 함께 요청사항을 메모하여 보내주시면 됩니다. 단, 수선비와 왕복 배송비는 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.

- 도금은 변색이 될수 밖에 없으며 변색 속도는 개인의 체질에 따라 달라집니다.
- 도금제품의 특성상 습기나 수분 (헤어스프레이, 로션, 땀, 향수등 )은 제품을 손상시킬 뿐만 아니라 도금의 수명을 단축시키며,
색을 변화 시킬수 있으니 주의해 주시길 바랍니다.
- 도금 제품은 건조한 상태로 보관해 주시면 도금이 벗겨지는 것을 방지하실 수 있습니다.
공기와의 접촉이 닿지 않게 최대한 잘 밀봉하여 보관하시길 추천 드립니다.
- 알러지 방지 처리가 되어있으나 개인차가 있을 수 있습니다.

-After placing an order, it takes 5-7 business days for production.
After production is completed, shipping will commence, and the total delivery time will be 7-10 days from the order date. The same time frame applies for any after-sales service.
2.Exchanges and Refunds
-Verrytaste products are all made-to-order items. Except for product defects or unusual circumstances, exchanges and refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible.
3.After-Sales Service
-Verrytaste products are handmade, and slight bubbles or spots may occur. These are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
-Depending on the measurement method, there may be a slight discrepancy in the indicated size, which is not a valid reason for returns or exchanges.
-The color of plated items may appear different depending on the monitor. Slight color variations in plated items are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for returns.
4.After-Sales Service Procedure
Please submit your request through the Q&A board on the website and follow the instructions for exchanges and refunds.
Please include any necessary notes along with the damaged product. However, customers are responsible for the repair fee and round-trip shipping costs.
5.Product Storage
-Plated items will inevitably experience discoloration, and the speed of discoloration may vary depending on individual constitution.
-Moisture (such as hair spray, lotion, sweat, perfume, etc.) can damage the product and shorten the lifespan of the plating, potentially causing color changes. Please handle with care.
-To prevent the plating from peeling off, store plated items in a dry condition. We recommend sealing them tightly to minimize contact with air.
-Although products are treated to prevent allergies, individual reactions may vary. Therefore, exchanges or refunds due to allergic reactions are not possible. We kindly ask customers with sensitivities to make their purchase decisions carefully.
